Once you enter central Dunedin and are travelling south on George St, turn right into Pitt St, after passing Knox Church on the right, travel uphill and turn second left into Heriot Row at the blind corner.

If you are travelling north on Cumberland St, turn left at Frederick St, travel uphill on Pitt St, and turn second left into Heriot Row at the blind corner.

Once you are on Heriot Row, look out for the street number 30, and the Heriot Lane City Apartments sign situated on the side of the historic Ritchie House Garage.

As you drive up our driveway take note of the historic Ritchie House designed by Basil Hooper and completed in 1914, recently renovated with surrounding park like grounds. At the end of the driveway you will find the apartments.

At our apartment motel, you will be away from not so busy city roads and can walk a short downhill walk as you view Otago Harbour on your way to the centre of Dunedin City and enjoy the heritage, arts, and fine shopping.
